Billiard Hub

Overview

Billiard Hub is a dedicated platform for the billiard community in Iran. It brings players, clubs, coaches, referees, sellers and equipment makers into one place: find a club and book a table online, follow tournaments and rankings, buy and sell equipment, and request technical services such as table installation or re-clothing

The challenge

Billiard Hub serves very different audiences — players, club managers, sellers, coaches, referees — each with their own needs, content and permissions. The home page has to make that breadth understandable at a glance, and the whole experience has to feel native in Persian, right to left

Approach

The public side is organised around the core journeys — clubs, the Billiard Bazaar marketplace, stores and tournaments — with a carousel of service tiles on the home page and club listings that can be filtered, sorted by rating or searched “near me”. Behind it sit role-based dashboards for players, clubs, coaches, sellers, technicians and administrators that handle bookings, payments and commission. The platform is a Next.js and TypeScript monorepo on PostgreSQL (Supabase), installable as an app with web push notifications
